A Sikh wedding day often starts early. The Milni brings both families together, then the Anand Karaj takes place in the presence of the Guru Granth Sahib, with the four Laavan at its heart. It is a spiritual ceremony first, and the photography should never get in the way of that.
We follow each Gurdwara's rules on where we can stand and move, cover our heads, and work quietly during the Laavan. Then, when the celebration moves to the reception, we change pace completely for the entrances, the speeches and the dance floor.

Yes. Most Sikh weddings we cover include the Milni, the Anand Karaj and the reception on the same day, and we plan the team around the timings and travel between venues.
We do. Pre wedding events can be added to your coverage, and they are some of the most colourful moments to photograph.
We recommend 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for summer weekends when popular Gurdwaras and reception venues are busiest.
